Trimble
- For Trimble, SHP files can be exported from Overyield then imported into Trimble systems.
- The SHP file contains the boundary map and the AB guidance lines (rows). Create a farm and then import the boundary maps and AB guidance lines in the system.
- In Trimble, to dial in row outputs (for spray can marking of tree points or for other accurate outputs, e.g. a fert spreader), you can use what are called Landmark Lines, which ****are basically 90 degree perpendicular lines that intersect with the guidance lines.
- These can be exported for Grid sections in Overyield through the SHP export file. You then import the Landmark lines into the Trimble system.
- When the tractor is autosteering it will trigger a remote output at every Landmark line that crosses the AB guidance line**. For cross hatch marking, landmark lines can be used as AB Lines.**

🚜 For Trimble’s systems, you can use Trimble’s web based design software to additionally provide a layer to export the files in a consolidated format, but this is not required. Trimble’s on-board software will take SHP files.

Deere (Greenstar)
- Deere systems require a single tree point’s Latitude and Longitude, which you can get from the CSV export of a section in OY.
- The JD system needs the degree (also referred to as heading) of the field angle, the between row tree spacing, in row spacing and the boundary which should be exported from OY and then imported as a SHP file. Once it has that data in the tractor, it then auto-generates the grid of AB guidance lines and crosshatch lines for output on its own.

🚜 For this system, you can use Agleader design software to additionally provide a layer to export the files in a consolidated format, but this is not required. Deere’s on-board software will take SHP files so that is not a requirement.
