Overyield Mobile can be accessed on both iOS and Android devices through any browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.). To access the mobile view:

→ Suitability
, then open the dropdown to select the crop map or soil/climate parameter you would like explore.
The full suite of mobile features includes:
Location Services: Snapping to your current location on the map via the â—Ž
button.
Easy Design Access and Navigation: Users can quickly toggle between designs via the project dropdown, while using the bottom navigation bar to access a comprehensive list of every Section and Layer.
Data Exploration: Access to Section- and row-level data, as well as Layer- and feature-level data, including object names, geometry, and other design specs.
Data Collection: Users can access existing Field Notes and create new memos from their mobile device.
Export Options: Export all your Section data into every file format (CSV, PDF, SHP), facilitating easy data flow from Overyield Mobile to your tractor.
UI Flexibility: Zoom in on, highlight, or show/hide Sections and Layers on the map.
Currently Overyield mobile is only accessible with an internet connection.
This means you will need to open the mobile version of your project prior to entering an area without service. If you do this, you will be able to access certain Overyield mobile features such as section/row data and location tracking. Other features will not be available without service (e.g. suitability maps). That said, if you close the farm while offline or attempt to reload it, you will not be able to re-open the farm and access this data; if this happens, geo-referenced pdf’s can serve as a safety net of sorts, allowing you to access your design data without service.
It’s also possible to check wether a site should have cell reception prior to going to the site, by checking the 4G LTE Coverage Map created by the FCC.
One way of accessing design data offline is by Creating Geo Referenced PDfs of your project. Geo-referenced PDFs (or GeoPDFs) are similar to normal PDFs, but contain additional information related to the coordinates of an image. GeoPDFs can be created in QGIS and most other GIS platforms. Once created, these files can be opened in mobile map apps like Avenza that specialize in offline use.
