Organizing attributes

Projects are organized by:

1. Team Assignment
   • Projects created from the Team Projects page are automatically stored within that Team and are accessible to all members of that team.
   • If a project is created or assigned to no team, the project will live in project owner’s “My Projects” folder.
2. Owner
   • Whoever creates the farm is the owner by default, but this can be changed at any time via your Project Settings.
3. Tags
   • A user can set tags for any project they have edit access to from either the project settings modal, or from the projects table.
4. Program
   • Helps you track farms based on program assignment.
   • A program refers to a group of projects with common funding sources.

Project Search

In both the top level farm search bar, and the multi-project dashboard search bar, you can locate specific projects by typing a combination of tags, team name, or project name.

Project Tags

Project tags allow you to create custom identifiers that help you organize and flag projects (e.g. tagging by practice type or project status).

To create a tag, either:

1. Navigate to My Projects or Team Projects .

   1. From the projects menu, hover over the tags column.

   2. Click + .

   3. Select from your existing tags list, or click + Add Tag .

2. Navigate to a farm’s Project Settings

   1. Type in a new tag. Click add tag.
