Designs can be shared with unlimited individuals via the Share button, located in the upper righthand corner of your screen.

To share a design with someone:

1. Click Share.
2. Add the person’s email, specifying whether they will have editing or viewing permissions.
3. Click Send Invite. The individual will then receive an email to set up an Overyield account.

• Once shared, the individual’s email will appear in the list titled Other Farm Members.
  • Newly shared individuals will receive an email prompting them to create an Overyield account. Returning users will automatically see the shared farm appear in their Shared with me list on the Home screen.
  • Permissions for previously shared users can be adjusted at any time by selecting ˅ beside their name and changing their user role.
