Designs can be shared with unlimited individuals via the Share button, located in the upper righthand corner of your screen. Designs can be shared through either 1) Invitation to Overyield; or via 2) Public Access.

1. Invite to OY - Sharing Editing or Viewing Access

1. Click Share.
2. Add the person’s email, specifying whether they will have editing or viewing permissions.
3. Click Send Invite. The individual will then receive an email to set up an Overyield account.

• Once shared, the individual’s email will appear in the list titled Other Farm Members.
  • Newly shared individuals will receive an email prompting them to create an Overyield account. Returning users will automatically see the shared farm appear in their Shared with me list on the Home screen.
  • Permissions for previously shared users can be adjusted at any time by selecting ˅ beside their name and changing their user role.

Public Access

• This feature allows you to share your farm design with anyone (even people without an Overyield account).

• To set your farm to public access, navigate to Share via your design page, then toggle the “Anyone with link can view” option on in the Share modal.
• You can then click Copy Link to quickly copy this new sharable link to your clipboard to then send to clients or project stakeholders.
